We are an engineering organisation operating on national level. Currently we are using finite element software SAP2000-Non Linear, ETABS Non-Linear and SAFE developed by Computers and Structures Inc. Berkeley, U.S.A. for analysis and design of all types of structures. Besides these we also have the capability of developing small and medium size computer programs for data manipulation, programming of plotters, printers for specific requirements of a project.
We can help you with structural design of buildings of all shapes and sizes.
Proof checking of structral design of bulidings.
We also provide services for Retrofitting of Damaged and Under Designed Structures using Non-Linear Pushover Analysis.
We also provide servies and assistance for designing of base isloated buildings.
Preparation of Tender documents and specifications
We can help you estimate quantities of materials required and analyse the rate of the structure for the same.
Working with RSM for last 20 years gives us the opportunity to work with A Top Notch Design firm which travels the extra distance to give a creative strength to all the projects we undertake. They always come up with the best results through a practical and methodological approach.
We have had the good fortune to collaborate with RSM Engineering consultants for the last 20 years. They have played a massive part in bringing to reality all our designs in this period, including the Industrial project for Dr.Oetker India. Made completely in Precast pretension concrete, it is a testimony to the creativity and dexterity of M/s RSM Engineering consultants. Efficient analysis of structural models on software such as e-tabs ensures that each design is reliable and economical. Timely delivery is another highlight of RSMs workflow and we have always found them to be accommodating to changes and modifications.

Structural Engineering is one of the most fascinating profession on our planet. It is a unique combination of art and science both. The main objective is to strike a balance between the two, but how we can achieve that? A very slim as well as a very bulky structure, both give us a mental discomfort. When it is too slim we have an uneasy feeling regarding its safety and when it is too bulky we get a jarring feeling. So the true magic of a structure lies in its proportioning. But how one can find the right way through the convoluted path of art and science? A small anecdote will perhaps give you the clue.

In today's world structures are becoming increasingly complex . and the structural design process is highly dynamic. We have always believed in perfection. With the help of some advanced softwares like ETABS and SAFE, we have build some really complex structures including some projects on base isolation buildings and precast prestress structures.

1. Proposed Morning and Evening college in Dyal Singh Campus, Delhi University: Both Morning and evening colleges are Moment Resistant RCC framed structure with few sghear walls. Soil where evening college is coming is very bad. It is a filled up soil upto 7 meter depth so pile foundation has been recommended. The proposed structure is G+9 but going to be built G+4 in phase one. Soil where morning college is coming is good at 3 meter below NGL so one basement is going to be constructed for parking. The proposed structure is G+9 but going to be built G+4 in phase one. All the building will be analyzed on ETABS and ductile detailing as per IS 13920 will be done as Delhi is in Zone 4 . Approximate area of the building is 1,40,000 sqft in phase one. Architect : M/S ENAR Consultants
